  • Prepare plan for the event she/he is responsible for
  • Check progress and ensure that plan’s timeline applies
  • Determine the deviation in the plan and its causes
  • Estimate Risks and prepare solution for them
  • Take corrective action to solve any deviation after the approval from the president
  • Coordinate and check the quality in the events’ ushering
